The Legacy Learning Project is a free program that will engage parents with activities and instruction to improve overall family literacy. The goals are to (1) empower parents with tools to foster education and learning in the home (2) share principles to be incorporated as daily practices and (3) engage and bond with their child using learning activities. Each session will cover different topics to promote literacy, math, and science in all aspects of your child’s life. We will also be providing dinner for all participating families at the end of each session! Any families who attend all four sessions will receive either an E-reader or a family library to help encourage reading after completion of the program.
