Mental Health Wellness

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness of and reduce the stigma surrounding behavioral health issues. Mental health is an active process of moving from languishing to resilience to flourishing. Join the discussion on May 24, 2023 at 11:00 am to learn to identify warning signs for common mental illnesses, how mental and physical health are linked as well as available mental health resources in Lee County.
